Q: How do I place my order?
A: We accept all order through Facebook or emailing our business email happytraillsbt@gmail.com. You can also reach us via text or call at 705-796-5965
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge what is in accordance with Canada Post, XpressPost, and Purolator.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are accepted between Sunday and Wednesday. We’ve built our system this way to keep everything fresh and organized. Orders placed outside of these days will not be accepted.
Q: Do you offer nut-free options?
A: Unfortunately, we are not a nut-free facility, so we can’t guarantee cross-contamination won’t occur.
Q: How often do your flavours change?
A: We introduce two feature flavours a month! Keep an eye out for your seasonal favourites. Feature flavours are $5.
Q: What’s the minimum order for delivery or shipping?
A: We require a minimum of 1 dozen (12) tarts for all shipped and delivery orders.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We only accept e-transfer, which must be completed within 2 hours of your order being confirmed. If payment isn’t received in time, the order is automatically cancelled.
