By placing an order with Happy Traills Butter Tarts, you agree to:

Our ordering window is Sunday–Wednesday only. 

Lead times & availability. Standard lead time 48 hours; large/custom orders 72 hours–1 week. Small-batch production means flavours/quantities may vary.

Bundles. Mix-and-match bundle pricing applies to the Core 4 only (feature flavours excluded unless stated).

Payment. Interac e-Transfer only. Send payment within 2 hours of order confirmation to happytraillsbt@gmail.com. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 2 hours.

Pickup. Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Sat/Sun by appointment only. Please arrive within your selected window or contact us if delayed.

Local delivery. Available for a fee between Larder Lake ↔ Kirkland Lake, Larder Lake ↔ New Liskeard, and Larder Lake ↔ Rouyn-Noranda. Delivery windows are estimates; if the recipient is unavailable, redelivery fees may apply.

Shipping. Launching end of November, 2025. Ship days Mondays (and Tuesdays during holiday weeks). Carrier delays/temperature/handling risks are assumed by the buyer and are not refundable.

Allergens. Made in a kitchen not nut-free; may contain or come into contact with tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy.

Returns & refunds. Because items are perishable, all sales are final. If there’s an issue, please email happytraillsbt@gmail.com with photos within 24 hours.

Pricing & changes. Prices, flavours, and policies may change without notice.
